Thank you for choosing Rosemary Ellenor “McTimoney Chiropractor” for your chiropractic care.

Rosemary has been a chiropractor for 28 years & has in that time acquired a wealth of experience. Your care is of her utmost importance & you will have the consistency of treatment with only her. Rosemary is a registered chiropractor & abides by the protocols for her profession.

Appointments.

If you cannot attend your appointment please let me know as soon as possible to enable me to rebook your space. I require 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you forget & do not turn up or cancel late you will be liable to pay in full for your missed appointments. Please arrive at the time allocated, for the Wooler Clinic if you are early please wait in your car as there is not a waiting area for that clinic. If you are ill you can cancel the appointment but it must be before 9 am on the morning of your appointment.

Payment.

Each appointment is approximately 1 hour duration & the cost is £49. Payment is due on or before your appointment time, please don’t embarrass me by having to remind you to pay if you do online banking. As above missed appointments are to be paid for in full. At the moment payment is taken by cash or by bank transfer.

Consent

I will ask for your consent before & during your treatment. If at any time you want to ask questions or have any concerns please don’t hesitate to ask. McTimoney Chiropractic is a very gentle form of treatment, it is holistic & centred on the patients wellbeing. You will be required to lie down on a treatment couch to enable treatment to take place, if you have any concerns about this please let me know prior to your appointment. During the record taking process it is important to answer truthfully & accurately all the questions asked, they are all important & give an indication of your overall health.

Privacy.

Your records are private & will not be disclosed to a third party unless it is with your agreement.
